- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in sales and marketing, customer service or business development with at least 3 years in a management position..
- Experience in the construction industry with a deep understanding of technical aspects is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical skills, communication and great customer experience.
